Pool

• The schedule to use the pool is from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. This area is for exclusive use of our guests.
  
• Please use the showers before entering to the pool.
  
• The use of swimsuit is obligatory in children and adults.
  
• It is prohibited: to enter to the pool with underclothes, shorts and t-shirts. To enter with suntan lotions and oils and sand. To introduce food and drinks of any type or glass bottles. To smoke or to enter with chewing gum. To make abrupt games.
  
• Minors of twelve years old will have to be accompanied of an adult.
  
• The use of the pool for children and adults is under their responsibility, we don´t have life guards.
  
• The reservation of the lounge beds or chairs is not permitted. If belongings are found on this furniture, they will be sent to the front desk as Lost & Found.
  
• Please deposit the garbage in its place.
  
• To use electronic devices in the area of the garden, it will have moderate the sound not to bother other guests.
  
• Please treat all our guests with the ultimost respect, and remember the golden rule: “no means no”.
  

Regulations and Recommendations.

• Check out time is at 12:00 pm.
  
• This hotel works with the NOM-07-TUR-1999 civil responsible for the hotel.
  
• Room, bar and restaurant charges must be covered weekly or on the day of departure, from 08:00 to 22:00hrs.
  
• Personal and certificate checks are not accepted. Only cash or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
  
• All our rooms and suites are for 4 persons: 2 adults, 2 children under 10 years old; 3 adults, 1 child under 10; 4 adults, no children. From 11 years on we consider them as adults.
  
• Safety boxes are available at the front desk upon request from 08:00 to 22:00hrs. Hotel should not be held responsible for lost or stolen jewelry, cameras, money or other valuables left in the room.
  
• We exchange dollars at the front desk.
  
• Please lock your door and terrace prior to retiring.
  
• Guest are not allowed to eat or drink personal food or beverages around the pool or area lounge. If you want to drink your personal beverages use the service tables in the ocean view side or inside your room. Keeping the areas where you eat or drink your food and beverages clean.
  
• If you require extra kitchen appliances or electrical utensils please ask for them at the front desk.
  
• Restaurant Bar service is available from 08:00 to 15:00hrs.
  
• Room service is available from 08:00 to 15:00hrs. From 15:00 to 22:00hrs beverages can be ordered at the front desk.
  
• Silence should be observed after 22:00hrs.
  
• Towels and clothing should not be hung on your room terrace.
  
• For your comfort beach towels are available at the front desk upon request. Towels should be turned in to the same place from 09:00 to 17:00hrs. Please do not remove the hotel towels from your room.
  
• Hotel pools are for guests only.
  
• The use of appropriate clothing is requested at the Restaurant Bar, in hallways and on stairways.
  
• No pets of any kind are allowed to stay in the hotel.
  
• The hotel is not responsible for service providers: nanny, travel agency or tours, rental cars, doctors, etc.
  
• Please report comments and suggestions at the front desk. Hotel Villas Miramar is a place for enjoyment and relaxation. Help us keep it this way by observing these regulations and suggestions at all times.
