Reservation policies: The Client or Agency must pay the first night of the booked rooms for a Confirmation. Cash deposit or Credit Cards are accepted. The Hotel will provide an account number and a deadline.

 

Cancelation policies: Promotional fare bookings (discounts, commissions, free nights and/or breakfast included) cancelations and/or No Show, partial or total pay will not be refunded.

 

Cancellation of stay: When the person or group has to advance their date of departure for any reason, the partial or total fee paid will not be refundable. Or if the stay hasn´t been totally paid, a charge of one night with taxes included will be applied. All our services will be charged in Mexican Pesos. The dollar exchange rate is recorded for reference only.

 

Change dates: No applied for promotional fare bookings (discounts, free nights and / or breakfast included) once the reservation is confirmed.

 

Change rooms: Please check availability for upgrade rooms. In case we have availability, will confirm it by email or fax.

 

Check list: A check list must be sent to the Hotel one week before arrival.

 

Notes: Ten or more bookings are considered as “Group Rate”. We´ll sent an offer via fax or email in a period or less than 24hrs. rates and availability may applied or change before your confirmation.

 

Miramar´s Breakfast: Small juice or fruit, scrambled eggs or chilaquiles or enchiladas with cheese, coffee, tea or milk, toast bread, jam and butter.
